Who am I
I’m Jenny, a UX strategist and designer based in Tokyo. I love solving problems through simplifying the complexity and combining insightful research with intuitive design. I enjoy every stage of creating digital products that are wanted by users, easy to use but also visually top notch.
I love working with cross-functional teams in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment. My goal is always to find a way to learn about people's needs and create designs that connect, engage, and deliver.
In my spare time, I love traveling around the world to experience different culture and people. I also love horse riding, dancing and music. Oh, I am a big fan of BTS. Their music and stories inspire me a lot.

Good UX design is not just about meeting the expectations of usability, utility or aesthetics. I strive to deliver more than what's expected - an experience where users feel like their needs matter every step along the way while using the service. At the end of the day, what good is a service if it doesn't do what users need?
